comfortable stay with minor nuisances
The breakfast buffet impressed me! A varied selection meant there was something for every taste. The large executive double room with a sea view offered a delightful ambiance and comfortable furnishings. the garden view added a serene atmosphere to my mornings.
The cleaning in some areas could be improved.

the hotel claims to have 24-hour security, yet was completely indifferent when thieves broke into my room. the dirtiness around the property is shocking, especially for a so-called beach hotel. one would expect at least a complimentary gesture for such inconvenience, but alas, that would ve been too much to ask, I suppose.

missingWrote a review on 25 Octdirty parking arealacking service
Unfortunately, the lack of a proper beach is a significant downside. despite being labeled a beach hotel, access to the beach requires passing through a very dirty parking area. the indoor pool incurs extra charges, which is disappointing for a hotel of this caliber. Lastly, the service during breakfast was lacking, as staff insisted we sit at less desirable tables rather than accommodating our preferences.

We had an awesome stay with a warm welcome that included a bottle of wine and fresh fruits! The kids loved the direct access to the pool and the yummy food options, especially the kids' menu. Just a heads up, the cleaning could be a bit better in some spots, but overall, it was a fantastic family-friendly hotel! 🏖️

Had a great time with friends! The breakfast buffet was a highlight. We enjoyed the outdoor tennis court and the spa facilities. We even took a trip to Fotis Kosmas Stadium and the market at the port. The swimming pools were perfect for chilling out, and the direct access to the garden and kids' playground made it a fun stay.
We did have a bit of a hassle with our room's location, which was quite far from the lobby and involved navigating multiple stairs. This made it tough to get around, especially with our luggage.

It was just a balanced option for an overnight stay in Alexandroupoli with great value-to-price ratio. The pools were enjoyable despite needing more thorough cleaning. Bring your own toiletries as those provided were limited.
